An Volunteering Activity
Mar.5th is Lei Feng Day.Our school organized volunteers to clean the street.In the morning,all the volungathered at the school gate and the chairman of the Students’Union allocated the tasks.Then we went to the main streour town.Some cleaned up the trash and others removed the small advertisements on the walls on either side of the stand a few others gave out leaflets to the passers-by and shopkeepers to warn them to protect the clean environment.Aan hour later,the whole street looked neat and tidy.
Though we felt a bit tired after we returned to school,we all felt we had a meaningful day!
